..and Kirstie did it!!(this will be a lot more amazing to our British friends who know Kirstie and her paranoid fear of anything high up and/or made of wood)……
After a bit of a break, we went over to Rose for a run. Same old same old over there, but really stinking hot today. Mike got the diving board dialled, but Kirstie was a bit spent from her breakthroughs earlier in the day.
Yup, classic Kamloops summer.
