Christmas morning & a very excited little girl! Chevy woke up to her over stuffed stocking next to her in her bed….she came into our room and exclaimed: “SANTA SNEEKED INTO MY ROOM LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!”

Last year after knocking on doors, Chevy would just walk right into people’s homes.

This year Chevy seemed to be taking survey’s of each home:

“Do YOU have any PETS????”

If there was a positive answer, then she proceeded to ask to view the pet, and most times walking right in to optimize pet viewing/visiting opportunities!

Chevy LOVED Halloween this year…was very much in the know of what was happening and what it was all about (getting candy!). Chevy new what to do and needed no prompting at all.  It was awesome to see her reaction to the other kids out and the cool costumes some kids were wearing!!  Chevy even screamed at the “scary” ones!!  =D

After the park, we picked up Gramma and took her out for ice cream at Summerland Sweets (only a few blocks away from Grammas and right next door to the steam train!!)

(Do note that THAT IS a child size serving of ice cream at Summerland Sweets….note to self: only order a child size serving for myself next time.  I’m a mean Mom…I was actually hoping that half of her chocolate ice cream would fall off….

I got our “WeeRide” set up on my bike.  Lemme tell yah, this is a waaaay better way to ride with kids, the trailer dragging behind me was far too taxing, and this way Chevy gets a real feel for what we love to do on our bikes!
