Nothing like a yummy ice cream cone after the beach!
For some reason, Chevy was enjoying her BM’s in the great outdoors. And I couldn’t figure out why for a while, until I caught her in the act, was when she informed me that she had to because she was a “dog”!
Here she is saying: “poo!”

Chocolate heart pancakes on Sunday!
Chevy helping me make cookies for Father’s Day….who knew that it would end in disaster??
Some chocolate chips for the cookies….
…and some for Chevy!
TOOOO MUCH CHOCOLATE!!!
So – where does the “disaster” part come in??
Well, Chevy & Cooley shared almost ALL the cookies (we made about 40 Chocolate chip Oatmeal cookies).
Then Cooley & Johnny went for a ride the next morning…..they made it as far a Keremeos when “disaster” struck in the form of projectile poop all over the van. Fortunately, Johnny was able to clean the mess up and get on with the business of going for a ride Father’s day weekend.
After my last night shift, I met with Kurt from Freedom Bike Shop and we caught up with the rest of the boys and knocked off several laps of Mt Kobau in Cawston/Oliver!! The best riding ever!
Chevy & I spent the day at the waterpark in Summerland:

After a picnic lunch, we went to Uncle Bob & Aunty Paddy’s place and checked out all the horses! the girls even got to feed them some apples too!
Kya gave one of the mares a new name, “Sparkles”…I am told that the name has stuck and that’s what she goes by now!! =D
