Since the weather has been sooooooooo nice – we decided that we will do our painting outside from now on. 

   

In fact, we thought we’d do better than that, let’s save some paper and just paint ourselves!!!

 

“I’m soaked!!!”

Chevy’s best friend, Miss Kya was in town and stayed at our house for the weekend!!  Her mama, is expecting another baby one week after Miss Kya’s birthday in December (I’m hoping that baby will arrive on my birthday – that would be soooo cool!) and they were here for ultrasounds and to find out if baby is an “in-sy” or an “out-sy”.  Looks like Miss Kya wil be having a baby sister!!!  =D

Because the local birds have been such messy eaters, through the summer we have grown randon sunflowers all over our yard!

I can’t believe it’s true!!!   Chevy is 2 years old already….

Daddy was out of town working, Grandma/pa were away on holidays, even I had to work today…..I was bummed out.

I had to get Chevy out of bed at 5am so I could take her to her “school” for the day.  She was stoked – she loves going to her “school”!!  I did managed to have a present wrapped for her, so she could open it at school, and her teacher, Deana, made little cupcakes and had a party for her and her friends!  So Sweet!

So I picked herup after work and as soon as we got home I showed her more presents to be opened!!

   

She was so stoked to see a train set with tracks!!   CHOO-CHOO!!!  =D

And because we got home so late after work/school, we had a quick dinner and I made my favorite 5 minute chocolate cake (yes!!  it takes only 5 MINUTES to make, start to finish!!)

A little later that week, on Saturday after Chevy Birthday – we had a BIG Pirate Party at our house!!
