JUNE UPDATE…
June 29th, 2010
This is my Chevy “helping”:
First ever horse back riding experience!!
Chevy is a natural!! Not phased one bit by the size of the horses or the noises they can make..
Chevy sat so naturally in the saddle….like she was born in it!! So Grandma took us for a ride. It ended fast because we were caught in a big hail/rain shower and the horses didn’t seem to like it much….
I wonder what could be SOOOOO funny??
*grins*
This is what happens when you leave a little person alone in her room for too long….
My little Rockstar:
Drivers Ed??
Thank goodness that objects in mirror are closer than they appear!!

“I’m making a castle!”
Helping Mama make a Fathers Day cake for her Dad-dad!
We were in Naramata one afternoon and found this beautiful peacock just running around admiring himself in shiny bumpers….
Playing in the sand at Three Mile Beach:
Going to look for her Dad-dad on the KVR:
“Ready……set…..

At Manitou Beach, Naramata chasing the ducks….. “Come back ducks!!”
“I’m a duck!”
Playing with Dad-dad!!
Chevy has taken a liking to eating sushi….and Mama doesn’t like to share:
Kelowna water park:
Sweet dreams….
Our own little water park at home!
This month all of Chevy’s friends (we were missing Miss Kya though…) came over to stay the weekend for fun at the beaches and some bike riding for the old folks! Chevy’s Mama got a couple rides in too….but no picture evidence.
Here are the babes: Chevy, Kainoa & Jessamy:
Chevy & Jess playing on the ‘puter:
Shuttle bunnies:
The girls hanging out at Manitou Beach…looking like they are hula dancing:
….followed by a short nap on the way up again!
The girls playing in the van (waiting out the rain shower) and waiting for everyone to get down to the lake:
I wonder where Jessamy gets THIS from???
Kainoa was with us here too, but he was off doing his own thing….it was hard to keep all three doing the same thing. Jess was happy to dig in the sand and make me fetch the water for her at the same time, Chevy wanted to climb all over the playground equipment and slide!! Kainoa was with his Daddy swimming for the first lap and then his Mama stayed with him for the next lap.
“I have dimples!”
Dinner at The Blind Angler":
The girls hugging….
…and kissing!
See you next month!
