TODAY WAS UNREAL!
May 20th, 2005Cory and I were supposed to take a client from Calgary riding today. We were filling in for Johnny cause he was heading out of town on another trip (check his site after the weekend for details…).
The client pulled a “no-show”. Martin (from England!), Cory and I went for a rip anyway!
Today – I believe that I was having the ride of my life on that little Single speed hardtail…..dunno if I even want to ride a big, squishy bike – I had so much fun. I think it relieved a lot of stress! I feel sooooooooooo much better now =).
Strike-vote meeting after dinner…..really hope our Negotating Team got the vote they deserved to have, the one they are working so hard for…..
And then we had the wicked light show that I have ever seen on the Shore! The sheet lightning was blinding with the huge thunderclap right after. Just when you think it could rain any harder, it rains harder….
Hopefully Martin and I will hook up a ride tomorrow that will be just as fun!
