Did exactly the same thing as Tuesday…just a little bit better at it than the last time….!
You ought to try this One-speed thing…really works you out!
Well, my story-telling is ’bout over….for now. More riding to come, ’cause it never ends here. Hell, maybe the next entry will have to do with a ski trip!!!!

Its REMEMBERANCE DAY!!!
Went for a rip by myself…well ok, the dog came too. One-speeded up Symour to the start of Pangor. Again, no armour and just a skid lid. Felt so free, but definitely more carefull about how I rode, rode everything I usually rode even tho it was pretty slick out…..
If I keep doing things like this….I might just get in shape….maybe.

Two things happened today!
FIrst thing in the morning Johnny and I had a large group from the Outdoor Recreation Program at Cap College call us up for a tour of the Shore. It was so big that we had to call some buddies to help…Dangerous Dan and Dub.
Heres a pic:
Johnny had the “neverevers”, I had a fairly beginner group that at least had ridden a bike before, the rest – the more advanced group – went with Dub and Dan to the very top (CBC). Only on einjury was sustained from the event. A dislocated shoulder on a person that was used to that kinda thing happening to her shoulder. God speed, heal fast girl!
After we dropped the group off at school, Dub , Johnny and I hooked up with Kelly’s schooltime buddy – Beatrice (who rips! didn’t realize that she just started biking!!!) and we went over to Cypress for a rip down Sterl’s secret trail (no – I’m NOT gonna tell you where it is either!Bahahahahahaha)
What a beauty day tho – too bad I can’t find the sunset shot Johnny took…you’d hate me if I did find it I guess…it was that nice!
