Well…..since there is no riding to be had right about now – due to the high risk of forest fires everywhere, all over BC, I guess now would be a great time to catch up on all the latest adventures!

While I was at work at the Airport Wednesday – Johnny and Leandro (Andrew) from Brazil went riding up at Cypress. Yesterday the boys went up Seymour. See how that went at BUSHPILOT BIKING‘s weblog page. After work I went over to Arrivals to find the German’s. Thorsten and Ralph who were due about the time I was off duty. Threw those boys into the truck and took them home, where we transfered all the gear to the van and punched it for Penticton. Quick stop in Chilliwack for fuel and food and we were off! We arrived at the homestead late, Mom was still up as usual adn greated us on the driveway. Set up camp, few beers…and off to sleep under the stars to dream of the next day’s riding…..
This is what morning looks like at Rancho Relaxo:

Pancake Breaky and lets hit the trails…. At the top of the Bog, we found a Nelson Mom dropping off two 16 year old boys: Kevin and Geoff who weren’t really sure where to go, so Johnny invited them to come along…..
They showed us a thing or two:

Plus showed us how many times they could fix a flat in a day’s ride!:

Near the end of hour three of the ride and just past half way down! The trail just gets faster from here!

This shot of course is before the fires broke out….

Quick lunch during the shuttle retreival, the Nelson boys went on their way, we went back up for round two…
The end of round two Johnny and I decided to explore a new way and found this cool little sand huck, Johnny:

and then me!

Left the boys at the beach with the beer while we retreived the van again…..

Round three anyone???? anyone???

Guess what we had for dinner??

Don’t you just wish YOU could be here???

I was so tired….Harry Potter couldn’t even keep me awake! I think the others were experiencing the same thing tho-

Can’t wait!!!! There’s more tomorrow!!!
