Back with the Clarke boys…this time we went to Cypress because they have pretty much seen what there is to see on Seymour, and no one felt like riding up any hills today. I felt that since the boys seemed to really like Ned’s, that a ride down the Mystery Downhill would be a good call.
We dropped a vehicle at the bottom of the trail and headed up, saddled up and went to the trail head. Fresh snow…again. The snow has definitly made the trip memorable for the boys! The top of the trail was kinda a black colored snow but as we moved down the trail it became drier. I kept hearing Clarke behind me, screaming, that this trail most reminds him of the trails they ride at home.
Today’s ride was just right….exactly what the boys wanted and just the right amount of trail time for today. Sad to say, but the boys had to hit the road and get to the airport. We still had to get back to the Cove to return all the rental bikes before their flights.
Boys – if you’re reading this – I had a great time, and I’m glad I got left at home…hope ya’ll come back soon…yah hear?
Ride on,
b
